Repurposing Nonprofit Collaborative Inc

Brandon Mead posted the bylaws of Nonprofit Collaborative Inc. Those seem very generic and easy for us to repurpose. It would probably be good for us to see what kinds of documents have been generated (such as any publicly stated Mission). The website for the org is currently 404, but Brandon’s working on that.

What (if any) other things would folks want to see before we decide if we should repurpose or be fiscally sponsored?

I’d love to see minutes from any recent board meetings if those are available. Or even just to know when the last board meeting was held.

Articles of Incorporation would also be good to have on hand. And the determination letter from the IRS.
